W3DV Recognition Protocol

The W3DV Recognition protocol is designed to align, recognize, and reward contributions that create and capture value for Web3 ecosystems, projects, and communities.
Contributors build BITs for every completed action and collect gems for completed AlphaQuests.
This structured protocol promotes transparency, fairness, and scalability, ensuring participants understand how to contribute, progress, and be rewarded.

Core Recognition Elements

  • 🟧Bits: Earned by completing verified actions within an AlphaQuest; each action holds a specific weight based on its impact, value, and complexity.
  • 💎Gems: Collected by completing verified AlphaQuests; each quest has a progressive value that increases with participant status and engagement level.
  • 💠Recognition Tiers: Structured to encourage a natural progression with clear achievement milestones, motivating participants to reach higher tiers.

Bit by Bit. Gem by Gem.

Participants build BITS by completing verified AlphaActions weighted as they progress through an AlphaQuest.
Pioneers collect Gems as they complete an AlphaQuest comprised of 4 progressively weighted AlphaActions.
Every AlphaAction is allocated a specific weighted value in BITS based on the complexity, value, and depth of participation.
Every AlphaQuest is allocated a specific multiplier value weighted by participation and pioneer progress.
The protocol aligns, recognizes, and rewards meaningful contributions, enabling participants to progress within the ecosystem based on the quality and consistency of their involvement. Effort, recognition, and rewards are progressively aligned as pioneers participate in contribution categories, quests, and actions.

🔶AlphaQuest Structure

AlphaQuest Breakdown by Bit Value

Every AlphaQuest is defined with Contribution Stream (◈Align, 🔶Onchain, ❇️Synergy, 💜Karma). An 🔶AlphaQuest has 4 🔸AlphaActions with a designated BIT value that reflects its level of engagement and contribution to project and pathway goals.
🟧Bits are built by a contributor as recogntition for completin 🔸AlphaActions and contributing to 🔶AlphaQuest.
  • 8 BIT: Basic action in a quest (e.g., following on social media).
  • 16 BIT: Moderate engagement action (e.g., attending an event or providing feedback).
  • 32 BIT: Advanced action that requires more effort or technical engagement (e.g., participating in staking or testnet).
  • 64 BIT: Major action with a high impact, such as successful referrals or core technical contributions.
Each completed AlphaQuest thus awards a total of 120 BITS based on the combined values of all four actions (8 + 16 + 32 + 64 = 120 BITS).
